With this project, Gloria Russotto has set herself the goal of listing all the telephone numbers in the “Pages d’Or” (Yellow Pages directory, or literally: pages of gold) of Liège, from A to Z (2007/2008 edition). “Pages d’or” also means: guestbook or visitors’ book. All the more reason for her to list the numbers in gold ink on white paper. During Glocal Affairs, she will be exhibiting six of the eight sheets that she has completed so far. The corks on the ceiling – also featuring text in golden ink – underline the inviting character of these “'Pages d’or”, which Russotto has set up in the cloakroom of the government building for the same reason.
